Orange poo can come in many different ways. Sometimes it's straight up orange, sometimes it's brown with little bits of orange. It can be fluid and frequent, solid as a rock or just in-between. Sometimes you don't know it's orange until you wipe. If you haven't eaten carrots, there is really no explanation for orange poo other than IBS - Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
